Sample Signature Cocktail Recipe – Cheers!

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 wedge of an orange
1 wedge of a lime
1 wedge of a lemon
2 ounces Crater Lake Vodka
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ½ ounce Fresh Lemon Lime Sour*
½ ounce pomegranate juice

Garnish: sugar-rimmed glass and long orange zest

Directions:

Fill large martini glass with ice and let chill. Fill shaker with ice, squeeze wedges of orange, lime and lemon and drop into shaker. Add vodka, triple sec and lemon lime sour. Shake until very cold. Empty ice from martini glass, dip rim in superfine sugar, then strain drink into chilled glass. Twist long orange zest and add to drink.

*Recipe for Fresh Sour Mix – use equal parts fresh squeezed citrus to simple syrup

Trick of the trade: Use an orange wedge to rim the glass before dipping in sugar
